The Caterer refund policy

1. No refund for cancellations less than 8 hours before the order.
2. 25% refund for cancellations 8-12 hours before the order.
3. 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before the order.
4. Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the order.

Breakage conditions

In the event that any ceramic platters are lost or damaged, the customer will be charged the full cost of replacing these items.
